Learning on the Job

We are committed to providing employment to individuals who may face barriers to traditional jobs, including those impacted by homelessness, previous incarceration, or other life challenges. We offer an inclusive, supportive environment where employees can regain confidence, build their resumes, and take steps toward long-term career success.

Working at our thrift shop equips employees with a wide range of transferable job skills, including:
